Key Personnel

Andrew Webster – Managing Director / Project Manager

Entrepreneur and founder, Andrew has transformed his company from its humble foundations to an industry leader with a reputation for quality over a short time period. Some projects he has been involved in include: Rockingham Hospital, Mt Hawthorn Shopping Centre, AK Stadium and Atwell Secondary College.

Pat Meyer – Estimator/Project Manager

Pat is a qualified Wall & Ceiling Fixer with 40 years’ experience in all facets of the Wall and Ceiling Fixing industry. He holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing and a Certificate in Passive Fire Accreditation. Pat has worked on major Perth CBD projects as well as previously owning his own contracting company.

Jay Varischetti – Site Manager

Jay is a qualified Wall & Ceiling Fixer with 25 years’ experience working in the industry on many major projects. His role os to work alongside the tradesmen and liaise with other trades and the Head Contractor to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Carol Tyrrell – Contracts and Administration

Carol has recently attained her Bachelor of Business Degree at Edith Cowan University. She has 30 years Office Administration experience in various roles and industries including Mechanical Services, Sheetmetal and Labour Hire.

Grant Farnsworth – Site Manager

Grant is a qualified Wall & Ceiling Fixer with 27 years experience and has joined Ceilingworks after many years running his own company. His role is to coordinate and work alongside the tradesmen on our major projects. He liaises with the Head Contractor and other trades on site to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Paul Braeckmans – General Manager

Paul has been involved with the Construction industry in WA for 30 years in various roles. He learnt his trade as a cabinetmaker/joiner and progress through businesses to hold several different roles from Estimating, contract administrating, Project and Senior management including Business Development.

His role is to oversee all projects, assist the site supervisors and project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and 100% compliant. He also works with all our clients to achieve valued outcomes.

He is responsible for the future growth of the
business including the continuous mentoring of staff and employees.
